Getting started
How do I connect my temperature meter?
Turn on Bluetooth in your mobile device settings. Keep the compatible temperature meter nearby, then follow the pairing instructions in Blacharm. Make sure the device has sufficient battery power.
The app cannot find my device.
Confirm Bluetooth is enabled and that the temperature meter is powered on. Move the device closer to your mobile device and try scanning again. If it was paired with another phone, disconnect it there first.
Why is there no measurement record?
Keep the temperature meter connected until the measurement is complete and stable. Then return to the device or history screen and refresh if needed.
How do I remove a temperature meter or its data?
Open the temperature meter's settings in Blacharm and choose Remove Device. To delete measurement data, open the relevant history record and use the delete option. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
